Ok, Should be better for the money.
"The 13-16 size part is comfy... lots of room. The top band around the leg is a little tight (You need to make them 1/2" to 1" bigger in diameter). Will see if they loosen up a bit in washes. Time will tell how they wear. So far so good."

If foot is sized 16, calf will be larger too!
